Inauguration of administrative building of Kapisa Department of Environmental Protection

Schah Zaman Maiwandi, Director General of the National Environmental Protection Agency, led a delegation to Kapisa province to inaugurate the Kapisa Department of Environmental Protection.
In the opening ceremony of the new administrative office building of Environmental Protection, Mr. ‎Maiwandi, Abdul Latif Murad the governor, Mawlawi Ahmad Shah Shakir the presidential advisor, Nabi ‎Sorosh deputy minister of economy, deputy director of finance and administration of this office, ‎advisors of this office, head of the provincial council and group of provincial staff attended.
Mr. Maiwandi congratulated the opening of this  office building to the colleagues of Kapisa Department of Environmental Protection, Appreciated the financial support of the friendly country of India and the technical cooperation of the Ministry of Economy, and assured that they will consider the implementation of better and more projects in the field of environmental protection in the whole country, especially in the ancient province of Kapisa, in order to protect the environment and the welfare of the people.
Mr. Murad also described the construction and opening of the environmental building as a step towards reconstruction and development in the province and said that the local government of the province has taken effective steps towards balanced development. However, in proportion to the population of this province, it is still not enough and the government needs to pay more attention to the implementation of projects in this province.
It is worth mentioning that the office building of Kapisa Department of Environmental Protection, worth $ 137,000 with the help of India, has been built in a standard form in two floors in coordination with the Ministry of Economy.
