Call for Open Government Participation in Gathering Proposed Issues from Various Societal Segments for Inclusion in the National Action Plan 3

The process of developing the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan's National Action Plan-3 Open Government Partnership will begin soon.
According to the Open Government Partnership (OGP) guidelines, national action plans of member countries are developed in partnership with civil society organizations. The Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has developed two national action plans in the light of these guidelines since its membership in the Open Government Partnership.
National Action Plan-1 has been successfully implemented and National Action Plan-2 has been formulated with the broad participation of civil society organizations and citizens and is in the final stages of implementation. National Action Plan 2 The Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran has 18 far-sighted commitments, the implementation of which will increase transparency and accountability in the provision of public services and further facilitate the level of public participation in the formulation of national policies For example, the "Regulation on stakeholder ownership registration and review," which was designed and adopted to enhance transparency and accountability. Reminded. All types of tax crimes (tax evasion, money laundering, terrorist funding, and drug trafficking) may be prevented with successful implementation.
As the implementation of National Action Plan-2 is coming to an end and the majority of its commitments have been completed, the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran intends to begin the process of developing National Action Plan-3 Open Government Participation As a result, all ministries, independent departments, civil society organizations, the media, the education sector, the private sector, and citizens are invited to submit proposed issues related to (transparency, accountability, improvement, and promotion of citizen participation in the development and implementation of public policies and the use of new technology) for inclusion in the national action plan -27th July to 06th  August 2021 send to the following email addresses.

It's important to note that the Secretariat of Open Government is the country's only facilitator in the process of formulating national action plans, and your proposed issues will be presented to the appropriate authorities, particularly the General Assembly of Afghanistan's Open Government Partnership Complex.
