Schah Zaman Maiwandi General Director of the National Environmental Protection Agency met with ‎Mahmood Karzai, Minister of Urban Development and Land at the headquarters of the Ministry. Both ‎sides discussed the national seedling planting process for the year 1400, the role of governmental ‎agencies, especially the Ministry of Urban Development and Land.
Mr. Maiwandi thanked the all-time cooperation of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land with ‎the National Environmental Protection Agency. he gave information about the importance of the plan made by the ‎agency and other related offices and said that the role of the ministry of urban development and land is very important in the tree planting process.Minister of Urban Development and Land while welcoming and supporting the tree planting process, ‎representing the leadership of the ministry promised to cooperate and support powerfully from this ‎year’s tree planting process.  ‎

It is worth mentioning that according to the decree of the high official of the presidency, ministry of Urban Development and Land is responsible to identify the specific area for planting the trees and coordinate with related departments.
